T Ball Division
  1. There will be no score keeping in T Ball. T Ball is meant for the kids to have fun and learn the fundamentals of baseball, which will help them in years to come.
  2. There is a no-chase clause. This means that no player may chase down a runner unless it is his/her normal play. Example: A player hits the ball to the shortstop. The shortstop will be allowed to tag a runner coming from second because this is his/her normal play.
  3. Once a player has the ball in his/her possession, the runner may only advance on base.
  4. When a ball is overthrown once, the play is presumed dead and the runner may advance one base.
  5. A coach must reverse his/her batting order each inning to allow every player the opportunity to score.
  6. Once a team makes three outs, bases must be cleared and batting order continues.
  7. Coaches must swap their players positions each game. Infielders will play outfield and outfielders will play infield. The catcher's position is considered outfield.

Pitching Machine Rules
  1. Baselines will be 60'.
  2. Three adults will be allowed on the playing field (two bases coaches and on pitching coach). A fourth adult may remain in the dugout at all times to supervise the players. Only the manager may represent or speak for the team unless otherwise requested.
  3. Infield fly rule does not apply.
  4. A regulation game shall consist of 5 innings or 90 minutes.
  5. An adult coach of the batting team will pitch to his/her team while batting. Once a coach starts an inning as the pitcher, he/she must finish that inning as pitcher. The defensive team will place a player in the designated circle at the pitcher position. This coach cannot coach runners. After a warning, the second time the coach will be removed from the pitchers circle but will be allowed to base coach.
  6. Pitcher adult will be in a 12' circle with center of the circle being 43' from home plate. When the ball is hit by the batter, the coach must exit the field at the nearest side away from the "play".
  7. The defensive pitcher may not leave the "circle" until the bat is hit.
  8. Pitches will be thrown overhand.
  9. No play is dead until the player pitcher has control of the ball inside the pitching circle or time out is called by the umpire when a runner is forced to stop or return to a base under threat of making an out. There is no halfway mark if a runner has passed a base before the play is dead; they may advance at their own risk.
  10. If a game is suspended due to weather, it is a complete game if 4 official innings have been played.
  11. The batter will be thrown 4 pitches. There are no walks or hit batters. If a pitch hits a batter, it counts as a pitch. If the batter does not hit one of the four pitches, the batter is out unless a 4th pitch foul or tip occurs. A foul ball caught by the catcher is an out. The batter will continue to swing until they are called out or on base.
  12. If a batted ball accidentally hits a coach pitcher, the batter will be awarded one base.
  13. Teams shall play 10 defensive players. The tenth player shall play no closer than ten feet behind the base paths. A game will be forfeit if a team cannot field 8 players.
  14. All teams will bat in the same rotation order. Players arriving late will be entered at the end of the batting order. Each player must play six (6) defensive outs.
  15. After the first warning to a player for slinging the bat, next occurrence player will be called out.
  16. No base stealing is allowed.
